For six months I was apart of the Seniorologie Semester Program created by Leslie Kerrigan, a Senior photographer and educator based out of South Carolina. Leslie mentored myself and the other women in our class, helping us improve our client experience for our Seniors, as well as put together and launch our Senior model teams! Part of the class included a trip up to Charleston, South Carolina for some more training and classes, and a content shoot that Leslie organized with some of her own Senior models. We each got to work one on one with four beautiful girls wearing these incredible gowns and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! I had never attended a photography retreat before, and getting the opportunity to work alongside other Senior photographers from all over the U.S. was so inspiring! I learned a ton, made some great friends, and got the chance to step out of the box with my photography and get really creative! This is also when I decided I wanted to offer destination shoots to my clients back in Texas! So if you’re a graduating Senior and you want photos that no other Senior in your school, town, or even state will have, let me know! I’m ready to travel and create some more magic in other beautiful locations!
